Organic Red Raspberry Leaf Tea

Recommend to drink Raspberry Teas at 35 weeks until closer to 39 weeks. Here my story: I was initially scheduled for an induction, but it turned out to be unnecessary because my cervix had already begun to dilate, thanks in part to drinking Raspberry tea starting at 35 weeks, three times a week, and increasing to five times a week at 36 weeks. By the time I reached 39 weeks, I made sure to bring the raspberry tea bottle with me to the TWBH hospital. Upon arrival, I was already 4cm dilated and didn't feel any contractions. After returning the next day, the midwife broke my water at 11am, and 10 minutes later, I started feeling contractions. I was doing okay until the midwife checked my dilation and found out I was 7cm at 11:40am. The contractions became painful five minutes later, and I started screaming. I found some relief by holding onto a birth wooden comb, which helped me focus on my breathing. I asked for an epidural at 11:55am, but it was too late, as the midwives could already see the baby's head emerging. Baby boy born 6 February 2026 at 12pm. This my 3rd quick labour took me 1 hour.
