Shipping
We offer FREE standard shipping Australia-wide on orders over $30 🤍
We also offer FREE express shipping Australia-wide on orders over $250.
For our New Zealand customers, we offer $10–$15 flat rate shipping.
How long does it take to receive my order?
We usually dispatch orders within 1–3 business days of receiving them.
During busier periods, dispatch may take an additional 1–2 business days.
Sale Periods
During sale events, dispatch can take up to 7+ business days.
⚠️ BLACK FRIDAY may result in longer delays.
Christmas Period
Over the Christmas period (typically mid-December to early January), dispatch may be further delayed due to public holidays and courier delays.
Please note:
Transit times begin once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Timeframes (After Dispatch)
Express Shipping:
1–3 business days (depending on your state).
Please allow extra time if there are courier or Australia Post delays.
Standard Shipping:
2–10 business days.
This may be extended during busy periods or due to courier delays.
We recommend customers in WA, TAS and NT select express shipping.
If your order is time-sensitive, we strongly recommend selecting express delivery.

Postal delays within Australia Post or courier networks are not grounds for refund.

Major weather events, COVID-19 and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery times.
Often tracking has already been sent — please check your junk/spam folder if you haven’t seen it.

Can I change my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes once an order is placed.

Orders placed prior to a sale cannot be adjusted or refunded to reflect sale pricing.
Incorrect Address
If an incorrect address is entered and the parcel is returned to us, a $10 re-shipping fee will apply.

Exchanges take approximately 7–14 days to process once received.

For items over $75, we recommend using tracked postage or insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Returns & Refunds
Our return window is 14 days from purchase.
If 14 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer an exchange or credit.

We provide store credit only (no monetary refunds for change of mind).

Sanitary items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded under any circumstances.

Welcome discounts cannot be stacked with other promotions.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is defective or damaged, please email bubbabumporders@gmail.com and we will guide you through the process.
If we mistakenly send the wrong item, we will dispatch the correct item. We do not offer refunds in this situation — we rectify by sending the correct product.
Please note:

Faults must present within 14 days of purchase.

Items claimed as faulty after 14 days are considered wear and tear.
Partial Credit Notes
Partial credit may be granted if:

Item is not in original condition

Item is damaged or missing parts not due to our error

Item is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive email confirmation.
If approved, you will receive a store credit code via email.
International Orders
International orders have both tracked and untracked options.
If untracked shipping is selected:

The parcel cannot be tracked.

It will be assumed in transit once sent.
Once handed over to the postal service, Bubba Bump is not responsible for extended international delays outside of our control.
Customs & Duties
Orders shipped outside Australia may incur customs duties, taxes or COD fees.
These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
Pre-Order Items
Waiting times are always clearly stated on the product page and in your confirmation email.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check these timeframes prior to purchase.
No refunds or cancellations will be accepted due to failure to check waiting times.
If delays occur beyond the estimated timeframe, we will communicate with you.
However, delays outside of our control (e.g. COVID-19 or supplier delays) are not grounds for refund or cancellation.
Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

You will receive a gift credit once returned.
If the gift was not marked as a gift:

Refund/credit will be issued to the original purchaser.
Proof of purchase is required in all gift situations.
